A routine meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on the 15th of September, 2023 at 7:30 PM in the Community Room. Attendance at the meeting was moderate, with many residents in attendance. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Thompson, the President.
Previous meeting minutes were accepted. There was then a talk about upcoming renovation plans impacting residents.
- Concerns were raised about the potential for noise from the repairs.

- Additional topics brought up included installing a new security system.
Adjournment took place at 9:00 PM. The next scheduled meeting will be held on the third Thursday of January.

Suggested Raintree Condominium Bylaw Amendments
The Raintree Condominium Association is proposed some amendments to the existing bylaws. These changes intend to streamline several aspects of condominium living. Raintree Condo Exterior Improvement Project Update
Greetings residents! This succinct update provides information regarding the ongoing facade improvement project at Raintree Condo. - Also, the repainting of exterior walls is progressing well, and we anticipate completion within the next several weeks.
